INSTRUCTIONS FOR SCHEDULING

ONLINE COUNSELING SESSIONS




         Individuals, couples or families may schedule religious counseling appointments.  Please look for the type of session you wish to schedule and follow the instructions.  You can purchase single and multiple appointments, and you can pay by credit card or PayPal account.  If you are scheduling an appointment from a prepaid program, please follow the instructions for Single Session - Prepaid. 

        
Please note that our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time-USA, (adjusted to Eastern Daylight Savings Time between March and November)We are closed on weekends and holidays.

HOW TO SCHEDULE A COUNSELING SESSION

A.  Single Session - Single Payer


   1.  The Scheduling Calendar is on the left-hand side of the Calendar Page. 

   2.  Select the date you want to set an appointment.  To check on availability, roll your cursor over the date.  Appointments previously scheduled are blocked and shows up in a color.  Select your preferred and alternative time for that date.  Write down the date and times--you will need to include this information on the Registration Form. 
 

    3.  Across from the Calendar are the Payment buttons.  Select from the list of buttons, e.g., individual, couple or family.  Click on the drop down box and highlight option 1, a single session, and click. Click on the pay now button.  This will take you to the PayPal center where you can pay by credit card or PayPal account.

    4. Complete the credit card payment process and save the confirmation number. You will need the confirmation number, date and times to properly register and confirm your appointment.

    5. On the Registration Page, (next page), do the following: a) Completely fill-out the Registration/Contact Form. If you have no answer for the question, type "none" in the blank;  b) Type the date and times for your preferred and alternative time slots; c) Type your payment confirmation number.  (e) Check "yes" or "no" to indicate your agreement with Client Guidelines and TOS (Terms of Service). REMEMBER: No appointments are considered confirmed without payment confirmation number.

    6. When you have completed the Registration/Contact Form, click submit.

    7. Check your email for a confirmation, usually within 24 hours of making an appointment. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please confirm that all information is correct. If the information is not correct, e.g., the date or time is incorrect, contact our office via email and indicate the problem. We will try to adjust accordingly.  However, if the appointment time is no longer available, you will need to reschedule your appointment.  (Go to Scheduling Calender/Payment Center)



B.  Multiple Sessions - Single Payer

        
When you purchase multiple appointments, you receive a 15% discount, and you use the same credit card confirmation number when scheduling your appointments. 

 
   1.  The Scheduling Calendar is on the left-hand side of the Calendar Page (click next page below). 

   2.  Select the date you want to set an appointment.  To check on availability, roll your cursor over the date.  Appointments previously scheduled are blocked and shows up in a color.  Select your preferred and alternative time for that date.  Write down the date and times--you will need to include this information on the Registration Form. 
 

    3.  Across from the Calendar are the Payment buttons.  Select from the list of buttons, e.g., individual, couple or family.  Click on the drop down box and highlight option 2, a discounted session, and click.  Click on the pay now button.  This will take you to the PayPal center where you can pay by credit card or PayPal account.

    4. Complete the credit card payment process and save the confirmation number. You will need the confirmation number, date and times to properly register and confirm your appointment.

C.  Multiple Sessions - Organizations

        When organizations purchase multiple appointments, you receive a 15% discount, when you purchase multiple sessions.  Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or direct deposit.  If you want to pay by direct deposit, please contact us for further information to make arrangements. 

 
  1.  The Payment section is on the right-hand side of the Calendar Page (click next page below). 

   2. 
Select from the list of buttons, e.g., individual, couple or family.  Click on the drop down box and highlight option 3, multiple (discounted) sessions, and click.  This will highlight the multiple sessions. Click on the pay now button.  This will take you to the PayPal center where you can pay by credit card or PayPal account.

    3. Complete the credit card payment process and save the confirmation number. You will need the confirmation number, date and times to properly register and confirm your payment.

    4. On the Registration Page, (click next page below), do the following: a) Completely fill-out the Registration/Contact Form. Check your email for your confirmation, usually within 24 hours of making your payment.  On your confirmation receipt, you will have a list of payment codes.  When you send someone to us for counseling services, please provide them one of the numbers for each session.  This payment code will indicate which organization paid for the service.  T

D.  Single Session - Prepaid

         If you are receiving counseling services through a school, organization or masjid that has prepayment arrangements with us, you will not have to pay for our services, but you will still need to register your appointment and complete the Registration/Contact Form.

If you have no answer for the question, type "none" in the blank;  b) Type the date and times for your preferred and alternative time slots; c) Type your prepayment code given to you by the paying organization.  (d) Check "yes" or "no" to indicate your agreement with Client Guidelines and TOS (Terms of Service). Things to Keep in Mind

        After paying for your session, your therapist will contact you via email to establish a video medium of preference, e.g., Yahoo Messenger, Windows Live Messenger, AOL, or Skype.


Being Prepared for Your Session

       Fifteen minutes before your scheduled session go to the video medium of your preference and contact your therapist.
